Our Services

The Sandton Coaching Centre hosts coaching and mentoring training & development following the coaching philosophy throughout the design of our framework and accreditation process.

Our aim is to open the door to a field of coach training and development where buyers have more appropriate choices and providers can position their offering in a clear, consistent and informative framework. We see coaching and mentoring development as a lifelong journey and we offer a framework and supportive services to guide you and your organisation through this journey.

We believe that collaboration of this sort will develop the coaching and mentoring market to a new level - one where the proportion of GDP spent on coaching and mentoring reflects the true needs of South African society.

Our key values are clarity, inclusivity and choice. Our framework is based on membership standards and criteria of both COMENSA and the ICF and we welcome people from both professional bodies.

Our trainings include:

  • Short and long term courses
  • ICF and Comensa accreditied courses
  • Experiential and knowledge based courses and trainings
  • Varied models and philosophies


In addition to hosting trainings we offer:

  • Recognition of prior learning (RPL) - we offer portfolio routes to accredtiation for those who have completed coach trainings over several years and already have established coaching & mentoring practices
  • Continuing Professional Development (CPD) - maintaining professional stastus whether through ICF or COMENSA requires regular CPD. We believe that true mastery as a coach is a lifelong learning journey. We intend to offer variety, quality and choice ensures to deliver this aspect of learning, vital in the coaching world.
  • Supervision and Collaborative forms of Inquiry - underpinning every learning journey is a supportive, developmental and normative realtionship with a supervisor. Closely aligned to supervison, Collaborative inquiry offers a rigourous, authentic and responsive client-centred method of managing complexity in organisations and their stakeholders


The variety of approaches to coach training and development will be encompassed in our emergent and phenomenological lifelong learning framework, benchmarked to ICF and COMENSA competencies.
