Our Services
A Specialised Resource Centre
At a basic level we provide a place and a space for people to meet and explore their particular interest in the field of coaching and mentoring. We support growth and discovery in a collegiate and collaborative environment.
We believe that for coaching to be delivered in a client-centred manner interventions are best managed as part of a facilitated process. The process itself requires a sophisticated, rigorous and congruent process mirroring the coaching philosophy itself. How this process is facilitated requires a level of mastery by a critical mass of practitioners. This is the core focus of our work at the Sandton Coaching Centre.
